Really good Dining Experience

I had dinner at Bordeaux, and it was a lovely experience! The quality of the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was intimate and inviting. We also enjoyed a special dinner in the wine cellar, which was a unique touch that added to the overall dining experience. Rejuvenating Spa Experience

Comfortable and Spacious Room

Fun Pool Activities

My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The beachfront location was stunning, and the views from our room were breathtaking. The meals at the various restaurants were exceptional, especially at Bordeaux, where the service was top-notch. However, the breakfast could use some improvement in terms of replenishing certain dishes. The facilities were well-kept, but the wait times for lunch at Oceana were sometimes a bit too long for my taste.

The rooms, although clean, were quite dated and lacked the luxury we expected from a so-called five-star resort. Food options were disappointing across the board, and the overall attention to detail was lacking, which was frustrating. We had a decent vacation, but we wouldn't choose to return.

I recently stayed at Secrets Aura Cozumel, and my experience was quite the rollercoaster. While the staff was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond, I struggled with some room issues and the overall atmosphere of the resort. I appreciated the variety of dining options and the beautiful beach, but I was disappointed in the lack of sophistication and noise levels, which detracted from the romantic vibe I was hoping for.
